Rice cake cereal for breakfast?

Are you running out of ideas of what to eat for breakfast? Here's a creative receipe. Low in carbs and sodium and you can easily portion how many grams you need per serving.

What you need:
Rice cake (quaker lightly salted)
Almond/ cashew milk
Add your choice
Banana
Berries
**balance this meal by adding a teaspoon of almond, cashew or peanut butter and a scoop of isopure (zero carb)

What to do:
Break the rice cake up into smaller pieces I'm a bowl. Put in your choice of fruit, nuts and add almond or cashew milk. Enjoy!
